New Home Wiring

Building a new home means getting the electrical right from the start: panel sizing, circuit layout, outlet placement, lighting plan, and code compliance. We work with your builder or general contractor to wire the house to spec, pull permits through the local jurisdiction, and pass inspection the first time.

If you're building in Grays Harbor or Thurston County, we know the permit offices and the inspectors. That saves you time.

Renovation Electrical

Remodeling a kitchen, bathroom, or addition usually means the existing wiring needs work. Older homes in Aberdeen and Hoquiam often have undersized panels, outdated wiring, or circuits that can't handle modern appliances. We assess what's there, bring it to current code, and wire the new space.

Common renovation work:

- Kitchen rewires: dedicated circuits for appliances, GFCI outlets, under-cabinet lighting

- Bathroom upgrades: GFCI outlets, exhaust fan wiring, heated floor circuits

- Room additions: new circuits, panel capacity check, permit coordination

- Garage and shop conversions: 240V outlets, subpanels, lighting

Panel Upgrades

If your home still has a 100-amp panel, a fuse box, or a panel that's out of breaker space, it's time. Panel upgrades are also required before most generator or EV charger installations — the new load needs capacity that older panels can't provide.

We handle:

- 100-amp to 200-amp upgrades

- Fuse box to breaker panel conversions

- Breaker replacements

- Subpanel installation for garages, shops, and additions

- Meter base upgrades when required by the utility

Outlets, Switches & Lighting

The everyday work that keeps a house functional and safe:

- Outlet installation and replacement (standard, GFCI, USB, 240V)

- Light fixture installation, indoor and outdoor

- Ceiling fan installation and wiring

- Dimmer switches

- Whole-house surge protection

- Smoke detector installation and hardwiring

- Outdoor and landscape lighting

Rewiring

Homes built before the 1970s in Grays Harbor often have aluminum wiring, knob-and-tube, or undersized copper that doesn't meet current code. Full or partial rewiring brings the house up to standard and eliminates fire hazards. We do the work with minimal wall damage and coordinate with your inspectors. A focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

The Full Package

When we say full package, we mean it. You make one call. We handle:

1. Site assessment. We evaluate your electrical panel, gas or propane availability, and placement options. You'll know what size generator you need and why.

2. Equipment. We supply the generator unit. No need to source it yourself.

3. Installation. Concrete pad, gas line coordination, generator mounting, and all electrical connections.

4. Transfer switch. Automatic transfer switch installation wired to your panel. When power drops, the generator kicks in. When power returns, it switches back.

5. Permits and inspection. We pull the electrical permit and schedule the inspection. You don't have to manage that.

You deal with one crew from start to finish, and you get one bill at the end.

Commercial Electrical Services

Licensed electrical work for small businesses, retail spaces, and commercial properties across Grays Harbor, Thurston, and Mason Counties.

What We Do

Triple Tree Electric handles commercial electrical work the same way we handle residential: straight quote, permitted work, inspection passed, one bill at the end.

Common commercial projects:

- New tenant improvements. Rewiring or adding circuits when a space changes hands. New lighting, dedicated circuits for equipment, panel capacity review.

- Commercial panel upgrades. When your business is adding equipment or your existing panel is out of capacity, we assess what's needed and do the upgrade.

- Lighting systems. Interior and exterior lighting installation, replacement, and retrofits. LED conversions for existing fixtures.

- Outlets and dedicated circuits. Equipment that needs its own circuit — commercial kitchen appliances, HVAC equipment, machinery, EV charging stations.

- Code compliance work. If an inspection or insurance review has flagged electrical issues, we assess, quote, and bring the work into compliance.

- Generator installation. Full standby packages for business continuity. When the power goes out, your business stays on.
